Nor Arfah Binti Mohd Alib
Ms. Nor Arfah Binti Mohd Alib (Arfah) graduated from University Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Hons) in 2007 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in November 2008 after completing her pupillage in an established legal firm.
Thereafter, she was retained in the same firm and started her legal practice in the Conveyancing and Litigation Department, as a Legal Assistant. She has attended to and advised in Property and Conveyancing matters involving numerous types of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, Housing Loan transactions for Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam, CIMB Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia etc, purchase of property through Auction, Probate and Administration, Small Estates Distribution, Transfer of Property etc for both local and foreign individuals and companies.
Ms. Nor Arfah completed her Diploma in Syariah Law & Practice (DLSA) in UiTM in 2010. In 2013, she joined another boutique firm as a Partner and became Head of the Conveyancing Department where she continued handling and advising on various Conveyancing matters until end of September 2018.
Ms. Nor Arfah is now expanding her experiences and skills by collaborating with Ms Aidil Ratna Edorra and Ms Sarita Ashok Khandhar of Messrs Edorra Arfah Khandhar in providing the following legal services:-
