Aidil Ratna Edorra binti Suhaimin (Edorra) mainly deals with property transactions specializing in real estate practice, banking & finance at Edorra Arfah Khandhar. She graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Multimedia University in 2010.
She specialises in real estate property related transactions including joint venture agreements for property developments, various types of property conveyancing such as sale and transfer of real properties, leases, tenancies and property financing transactions.
Edorra also has vast experience in handling various types of property related financing transactions (project financing as well as end financing for developer projects or for numerous banks) including conventional and Islamic loan transactions taken by individuals as well as businesses or commercial loans taken by corporate bodies from Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank), Maybank Islamic Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB), CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad, Bank Rakyat, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia, Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam and many more.
She has advised and represented clients ranging from individuals, both local and foreign, to various corporations including banks, developers, statutory corporations and real estate agencies. She has advised on the acquisition and disposal (direct and indirect) of various types of real properties, property management and land related issues and the types of properties include landed as well as strata title properties, residential lands, office buildings and various types of land in Malaysia.
She is also often invited as a speaker at various Real Estate Agencies and was also invited as a guest speaker on Bernama Radio.
